Bozo, take a deep breath brother Horn... this, was to me, a lot easier than a lot of **** we have probably done in our lives.... I did mine on the Friday before TX -ou 2000, so my very minor discomfort after the snip was far, far exceeded by the pain the Horns & I experienced vs. ou on Sat.

My wisdom teeth removal, football knee injury, ski knee injury and hangover after TX vs. USC far exceeded the pain of my vasectomy!

Since then, nothing is different ... I still feel 21, randy as a three-legged goat, while my wife is never in the mood!

Softly, that's nice; but why pay twice if you may want to reverse?

04, A condom is bad for the environment? Do you drive a car? Tell me which is worse for the environment.

My point is simply that I would never have a vesctomay, not from any sort of "manly" perspective but because there are other ways to prevent pregnancy.

And frankly, I think the vasectomay issue was part of the problem in my friend's relationship. They were arguing about "control."

His wife could have taken the pill. He could have worn condoms.

I never got anyone pregnant because we did those things.

I went in for my own vasectomy consult (which was aborted b/c the wife killed the rabbit 3 weeks before I was set to be snipped) and the urologist tells me that once you "blow" 5 or 6 times there'd be no more ammo.

My response was a copy of a friend of mine's: "Doc, I'm married....that's going to take 18 months."

"Yeah, yeah. I hear that all the time."

Nice to know that I'm not alone in this ol' world.

Been there dun that. and with the two sweet little girls who are now two grown-up young ladies. Remember laying on the table reading Sports Illustrated while they did it. You feel really hung when you leave - and I had to go buy a jockstrap - do they still recommend that?
