Too early to say it's over, but there is clearly a significant momentum shift taking place now. I don't think Biden can easily disassociate himself from the rioting. He has tried to straddle the fence by giving the obligatory "I don't condone violence" but basically saying that their cause is just. That tactic may have worked in the immediate wake of the Floyd death. However, now that the riots have taken on other far less sympathetic causes (like Blake) and a generalized hostility to the United States, the rioters' cause(s) look far less just and defensible. His best bet would be for the rioting to come to an immediate stop and disappear from the news. It would at least allow him to divert attention to something else.
