Why is it when leading up to playing several opponents this season, especially those in the SEC, the same rhetoric fills the airwaves. Texas hasn’t played anyone and this game against so and so will be their first real test of the season seeing how they’ve beaten Georgia, Alabama, Ole Miss, Tennessee, yada yada yada.

When the Horns are victorious, it is written or said Texas struggled against lesser competition. I find that humorous.

So Texas, let’s keep on beating these mighty SEC opponents all the way to a championship.
