Seems the indies are waking up to the reality that mean tweets but generally sound policy is a helluva lot better than the crap we have seen across the past eight months.

You have an analytical mind, well at least for betting
Who do you think is behind Biden making the decisions that are ruining our country?
And just as importantly why are other Dems lettung it happen
If it is about power don't the Dems see they will end up with power over a pile of crap?

I suspect Klain, with Soros acting as HIS puppet-master...

I don't believe that even Jill would be THIS horrid and thus I don't believe she is making any of these decisions. We KNOW (reasonably) that the Cackler (Kamala) isn't behind them because even a Magic 8 ball wouldn't be this bad (although it might actually make an appearance at the scene of a crisis).

Bill Text - AB-1184 Medical information: confidentiality.

"This bill, on and after July 1, 2022, would prohibit a health care service plan or health insurer from requiring a protected individual, as defined, to obtain the policyholder, primary subscriber, or other enrollee’s authorization to receive sensitive services or to submit a claim for sensitive services if the protected individual has the right to consent to care. The bill would require the health care service plan or health insurer to direct all communications regarding a protected individual’s receipt of sensitive services directly to the protected individual, and would prohibit the disclosure of that information to the policyholder, primary subscriber, or any plan enrollees without the authorization of the protected individual, as provided. This bill would require a health care service plan to notify subscribers and enrollees and a health insurer to notify insureds that they may request a confidential communication in a specified format and how to make the request, and would require a health care service plan and health insurer to provide the information in a specified manner, including on the internet website of the health care service plan or health insurer."

So if your child, under YOUR health care plan (paid for by you) wants reproductive services including anything under the trans umbrella, it's too bad for you. They can have it done and you won't know anything about it.

It is disheartening to see all these Dems participating in the destruction.
They must be getting paid
I have to look up Klain

The US shouldn't be giving money to Israel for anything.

This. We are literally taxing our citizens to give $$ to Israel. Of course, that $$ is really just a funnel for the US Military Industry. Consider it an industry subsidy. That subsidy for Israel in 2020 was $3.2 billion.

Here is a good article on what $$ we give to Israel and how it's used. Israel ranks #1 in Foreign Aid received from the US. With a Top 5 military in the world, it might be time to let them pay for their own defense.

So from 1999 to 2028, assuming the graph is cumulative for the three bars shown, we will have given Israel the same amount of aid that Biden gave Al-Qaeda on September 1st, 2021 when he left $85billion in military equipment in Afghanistan.

Does this make Al-Qaeda #1 now?

420-9

The bill passed overwhelmingly 420-9.

The "no" votes were Reps. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.; Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.; Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass.; Cori Bush, D-Mo.; André Carson, D-Ind.; Marie Newman, D-Ill., Raúl Grijalva, D-Ariz.; Chuy Garcia, D-Ill.; and Thomas Massie, R-Ky. (great company to keep there...)

House passes $1 billion for Israel’s Iron Dome system in blowout vote

"Opposition to the Iron Dome funding was led by Squad Democrats."

Massie also "voted against the Holocaust education act."

I don't know Massie from Adam or Anne but he's been consistent in his opposition to any foreign aid for any reason.

You all are raising the broader point of opposing foreign aid in general. I'm undecided on that but see merit to it. Other than perhaps Massie, the opponents to this aren't philosophically opposed to foreign aid. They're opposed to this particular foreign aid. We also give money to the Palestinians. I don't see them opposing it.

Did AOC do a demographic search of her constituents?

We may laugh, but that is almost surely what happened at least in a way. Remember, the early impression that she got elected because a bunch of Latinos in her district rose up and ousted her relatively moderate white predecessor was BS.

She got elected because of gentrifiers and with donor money. Lots of white people, and since she's in NY, many of them are likely Jews. Well, even if you're a pretty progressive Jew who's open to criticisms of Israel, exposing Jewish civilians to rocket attacks from terrorists isn't a good look. It's a very specific maneuver the squad pulled with a very specific intent - they are OK with Jewish civilians being killed by terrorists if it serves their goal of sticking it to the Israeli government.

Yes, I understand the general anti-foreign aid argument that SH and Monahorns raised. It's not BS. They have a good point, but the move didn't get rid of foreign aid. It got rid of one piece of foreign aid and frankly one of the more defensible pieces of it.

Look at his record. He's against nearly all spending. He's Tea Party to the extreme.

A resolution condemning Israel boycotters costs money?

AOC was just wrapping up her crying to Reps. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn.; Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.; Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass.; Cori Bush, D-Mo on why she had to vote against them.

Massie? I haven't made any comments about the "Squad".

Yes, just Massie. You implied he voted no on the resolution condemning Israel boycotters because he hates spending money as a Tea Partier. I'm asking it was just a resolution so how's there money to be spent on it?

The rest of my post was for others.

Can Any Dem on here explain why the House Dems voted AGAINST requiring illegals test negative for COVID before releasing them into our country?

Agree Mr D
There is also speculation she is gearing up for a run at Schumer.
Her handlers REALLY need to set her down and have the Hank Hill line repeated numerous times..."Dale, you giblet head"

As nauseating as Schumer is to many, the voters in THAT State will still take him and cast their votes which serve to Make AOC Bartend Again.
