I want this, but I want more. I want to know when this transition of our intelligence agencies into something that would not only tolerate but prioritize this sort of thing occurred. And I want to know who was in charge. When, how, and under whom did this become OK?

If I had to guess, my guess is it happened when the fundamentally transformational Muslim ran things.

I think WE have to prevent it by making sure we get good candidates then Voting
And above all preventing voter fraud
Now that enough of US are aware hopefully we won't revert back to complacency

Probably from the start. It was completely corrupt by the time the Church Committee started looking at them.
