I took a trip to Poland and Israel last year. Here are some pics that are meaningful to me.

Barracks at Majdanek, a huge concentration camp near Ludlow, Poland. This camp was left so hurriedly that they say it could be up and running again as a functional death camp in just a few hours.

A village in Tuscany. Through the end of this passage, there is a valley in the distance.

I love this picture. I hate the lady in the background that totally fucks it up. Also somewhere in Tuscany.

Michaelangelo's David. Far and away the most impreesive piece of art I have ever seen. If you are in Florence, you must see this, regardless of the waiting time.

A fountain in Munich. Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from the Glockenspiel and, more importantly, the Hofbrauhaus.

Chicken fried steak, garlic mashed potatoes, and green beans. Yum.
