Play Bowl Pick Em with Horn Fans!

Music city bowl just cancelled—Iowa vs Mizzou.
Changed the rankings/points as ESPN on current standings..SteveinAustin was in third ( by only a point) and now is in 1st! Knocked me and HorninCorpus to tied for second.
 
I looked to see if you guys were doing this and didnt see anything so I didnt sign up.
...sigh
 
Bowl Mania is so different than regular season ... the dreaded points remaining can be a blessing or a curse. Way to go SteveinAustin !!!

I want to thank my parents, teachers and coaches for this great victory! I am in first place with 10 of the 27 games played. I am sure everyone will remember this for years to come. I certainly remember who was in first place last year with 10 of the bowl games played. Don't you? I am sure that nothing can go wrong from here. Go Ball State, Ole Miss, and Notre Dame over Alabama!!! They will all win, right?

For a day. Lol. I broke a rule—-never take a team with chrome helmets.( Wake).
 
I have the fewest points left except for Stevie. Probably not a good thing. My strategy this year did not pay off. I hope Stevie revealed his real bets. I will have a good chance of passing him.:yippee:
 
Last night killed me...I really expected Army to do more on short date prep against the couch burners...I would have also liked to see Tulsa in good weather. That was two games in a row where they got bit by crappy weather. They still exposed the SEC opponent in many areas though if stats are to be believed...
 
it's a two horse race with one to go ... looks like I will finish 5th unless Horn in Corpus picks the natty game wrong ...
 
I fired a long shot cannon with UNC. If they won I’d still be in it for the win. Oh well. These are harder to pick then a...... giraffes nose.

You and me both...I fully expected the Fighting Mack Browns to not only cover a spread but to win outright. I fired a few hundred on both spread and ML while in Las Vegas...should have covered but gave up the late TD. C'est la vie...

His pick of Ole Miss over Indiana pretty much sealed the deal as the rest of the herd picked IU.

2020 was worst year ever for me by several miles.

I screwed up and somehow have 2 entries. There used to be a leave this group button but I can't find it. My official entry is IDE4. Can you delete the other one? If you can please do so.
 
I will probably be in...I leave for Vegas on the 17th or 18th though and don't get home until the 26th or 27th. Not being able to keep up with some live movement means some hits on the score for me...I know I could still make changes from my room, but my head will already be full of processing for the daily bets and parlays I might make at the counter...
 
I'll be nice and help some of y'all out this one time...numbers from Circa. Does not include all games since there are still a few to be played before the bowls commence (Army-Navy being the one Jeff has specifically mentioned).

Think I'll put up pieces of paper, pull a bandana over my eyes, and throw some darts.

Sorry , Don’t Exist, whoever set up the league back in 1804 maybe could do it. I haven’t changed the Original league. Just fill out one and you’ll be cool.

It is different game altogether. Winning a season is really hard. You just made it look easy.
In Bowls, Figuring out who is gonna show up is tough. Need more luck yet broader knowledge…The weighting thing is another element of skill.

When you fire your cannon of big points on some random team, you become a big fan for that team.
A Top 3 is pretty damn good here.
Badass and I Don’t Exist, are usually always up top, but usually a dark horse wins it.

You're right, Creek.
Coaching changes, rumors of coaching changes, kids with one eye on the portal, athletes trying to guard against injury and not going all out, last minute players sitting out(a lot of this last few years), covid, weather, travel, fans, who is up partying and who is preparing , a vacation or a business trip, etc, etc, etc....
 
Made all of my picks but need to arrange them by how many points I'm willing to wager on each. Probably going to go all random and make a bunch of the early ones my 40+ point plays.

I believe that the ESPN site allows a user to go in on the settings page and delete entries...
