Old Dominion does it again in second upset of Virginia Tech in four years (espn.com)

They also lost to James Madison about a decade ago, and to Temple (who only won 14 of 100 other games from 1991-1999) in 1998.

VTech really seems to be the magnet for these types of fcs / sun belt level upsets.
