That’s a good point. Although Matt Campbell has recruited well enough to ISU—an even more difficult place to recruit to than Lincoln, NE. His main thing is player development; that and in-game adjustments + play calling. I’ve heard of such head coaches before, I can just barely remember any here.* You know, he can really coach. I think he’s gunning for the B1G or NFL.


Mackovic—on offense only—really coached us up and made some good play calls and adjustments. Of course, Akers’ D and Royal’s O and D were great.

Don't know what goofy limits have been imposed by their Bozo Governor, but UCLA can't draw flies. People in Westwood think Pasadena is a day trip. Likely as not, the Rose Bowl ran out of concessions before kickoff.

Could be a big part of USC's beef with their conference. Other than USC, UW, UO, UU, and maybe ASU, the attendance out there really stinks. That's almost 2/3 of the conference that don't draw worth a squat. A giant Rose Bowl with 100,000 seats looks pretty bad with less than 50,000 in it. (this Saturday they probably had around 20,000) Huge populations who could barely care less about college football.
