Texas victory in KYLE field… was devastating as they circled this game two years ago-knocked them out of the SEC Championship- a possible CFP berth- knocked them out if the final top 25.
All in one swoop.

Memphis, Army, UNLV, Syracuse,Colorado all top 25…
No Aggie, No OU.

We are in the CFP, #1 recruiting .. its all good.

Good post, the sun came up today 🌞
last night hurt but we were 5-7 three years ago
In 4 years Sark already has us in CCGs twice and playoffs twice
Fun fact: of the four teams in the playoffs last year Texas is the only one back in it this year - that's something to appreciate
The glass is way more than half full imo
Happy Sunday to all 🤘

Hey,we beatOU.Ark and a&M. That is a great year. I dont think we have the hosses to win a Natty.I am happy with this year.Anything else will be icing on the cake. We are still 1 or 2 years from the Natty in my opinion.

I think teams playing in the 1st round may have a leg up on those with buys. They won't be playing for over 3 weeks. No dominant teams but we are the most talented over all. Just need to score more touchdowns in the red zone.

More like 12 years ago. They have been choking on that 2012 loss ever since

Did you miss where players like QE and Bond came from?
Did I miss it ? I'm the one that brought the news to you.

Bond came here because of Saban leaving Bama.
Ewers took the $$$ from tOSU and once there realized it was not the place for him. Numbers there may have played a part in that. But from the reports, he was miserable. I had several posts 2 summers ago about Ewers before he transferred out.

My point is that " not seeing the field" has little bearing on the next recruiting class as a whole. There will always be a player not committing due to numbers at his position. But the class is ranked overall . The big 3-4 have been navigating attrition for yearsand have had top 3 classes.
And we're about to move into that company.

Our class this year was ranked #1 and next year's is already pointing to a top 5. Winning will take care of the next cycle's class.

Saw this description of the Las Vegas Bowl in a WaPo write-up of each and every bowl:

This season doesn’t really need more Trojans football, but that’s what it will get. USC (6-6) actually began the season in Vegas, with Miller Moss piloting the Trojans to a victory over LSU. Moss has already announced plans to transfer ahead of this matchup with the Aggies (8-4), who were 7-1 entering November but dropped games to South Carolina, Auburn and Texas to ensure they end up at or within a game of eight victories for the 11th time in 12 years. So much money, so little change.

Oh yeah, an 8-win season is another great aggy tradition as of late.

Mediocre in the SWC (minus the Sherrill years of blatant corruption), mediocre in the B12, mediocre in the mighty sec, sec, sec. Wherever they go, they are still aggy.
