I dont really blame New Yorkers from wanting to get the hell out of there, but it was wrong and selfish of them to 'spread the wealth' in that manner
I think less New Yorkers travel to Texas than Florida. There is tons of travel between NY and FL. FL is still doing well. Texas is doing even better because we of less interaction.
The fact that the virus can be traced to New York doesn't mean it was seeded by a New Yorker traveling to Wyoming. I suspect it is much more common for a Wyomingite (I had to look that up, lol) to bring the virus back after traveling to New York. There would also be cases where a Wyomingite connected through a NY airport, or where the virus passed through one or more intermediary states and ultimately worked its way to Wyoming.
