New Clemens revelation...wow..

I don't think they have enough to convict in a criminal case.

It's the word of a jackass against the word of a publicity-hungry former star.

Reasonable doubt and all that.

But there's more than enough for Clemens to lose his defamation suit.

With all of this stuff going on, can UT PLEASE remove any mention of Clemens with our program and unretire his number and remove it from the outfield wall.

Fortunately for Roger, his lawyer is a great PR man and will assemble a national press conference to clear up this misrememberance before it damages his esteemed reputation.

I've been a staunch Clemens supporter since the allegations of his steroid use surfaced, and it's been continuously getting harder. But this is the straw that breaks the camel's back... I refuse to stand by a guy who, at 28 years old, had a relationship with a 15 year old.

Just to clarify the situation, Mr. Clemens isn't accused of having an intimate relationship with a 15 year old. The story is that Roger met Mindy when she was 15, but a sexual relationship didn't develop for many many years.

It's still very odd a 28 year old having any type of relationship with a 15 year old, but I think Mr. Clemens should be viewed more as guilty of comitting adultery, rather than having sex with a minor.

For the record, I am not a Roger supporter at all. I have lost a lot of respect for a man that was viewed as a Texas legend because of the steroid issue and now these adultery accusations. I just wanted to point out the facts of the story, but I still wish we could get his name off our outfield wall.

Clemens Had Several Women

It just keeps getting worse and worse for this guy. I bet he is kicking himself now for contesting his innocence in the Mitchell Report. Just think, we've already forgotten about other steroid users (Jason Giambi and Andy Pettite) yet it continues to get worse and worse for Roger.

To be honest, I think a lot of this is a result of bad advice from his lawyer and agent. They probably told him to deny any steroid use since Roger never failed a MLB drug test (they didnt test for HGH). Bad move Roger!

Anyone that attempts to take up for Roger Clemens should be shot at dawn. This guy is a disgrace, not just because of his continual lying, but because he feels he can get away with anything, and you idiots that continue to stay on his side are just wrong. Get a life and realize that you're infatuated with a fat, cheating liar. I hope he sinks worse than Barry Bonds. The only reason he wouldn't is because he's white. And I'm white too, BTW.

Clemens met her at a bar when she was 15. She went back to his hotel room that night. She says nothing happened that night and it didn't start until she was older. He was 28, married and had two kids and he took a 15 year old to his hotel room. Normal people don't do things like that.

If every pro were outed on their adultery, people would not comprehend. This is the NORM amongst athletes. Exceptions are the stand up faithful guys.
