NCAA Super Regional: Texas v. USF

Logan Lyle 2.01 ERA, 5-1, 45 SO, 14 walks, 4 saves
Left hander. Throws in the high 80s with good control. Reliable. Crafty with change up and curve. Smart pitcher. Got the win over Miami in the regionals.

Logan Lyle gets the hook.

Enter Dylan Burns:

Dylan Burns 4.08 ERA, 5-5, 82 SO, 34 walks.
Right hander. Fastball with control + a good slider that he throws often. Loves that slider. Does a lot of middle relief. Got the win against Florida in the regionals.

In a theoretical 3rd game, who would pitch? The same bullpen as tonight?

Beats me. They've got quite a few relievers on staff. They would cobble together something. Right now, they're just throwing everyone they can in a last ditch effort to try to get the win at all costs here.

The bean balls piss me off on multiple levels. But I suppose it means more base runners for more scoring for us.
