they hit five 3's inthe first half...4 of them were from Moore and I think all of them in a row from her.. wow - that's not coaching, that's talent. And she is a freshman - very impressive.
 
Raven is 0-5. If she can get her game going, we will at least be competitive until the end...if not weez screwed.
 
Well, one thing about this game. Horns are getting a first hand example of what they to do to get up there among the elite. That layup by Moore was a thing of beauty. Can you imagine what Hunter would have been like with two healthy knees? Brittainey came out looking for her shot.That's good.
 
Okay, is Coach G animated or what.

Coach G can be very intense and I think she IS using this as a teaching tool - but she's not going to let them off the hook.
 
She has a reason to be animated. The team is not playing up to their abilities and she wants them to be aware of that. Looks like she going to chew on the refs as well. Go get'em Gail.
 
Horns are simply not rebounding well but that's been a weak point all season. Horns have been able to keep it from being that much of a factor, though. Not in this game. UConn seems to be converting every offensive layup they get and it's pretty much one and done on the other end for the Horns. They will have a lot to review once this is over.
 
it's hard enough without these UConn ******** being jerks. Guess they don't care about things like class and sportsmanship. talkin' alot of ****.
 
Not much to say right now. It's been a great ride but I don't think they are coming back on UConn.

Yes, this season turned out much better than I expected (the last game not withstanding).

I wish they could have ended their season with a better taste in their mouth, but hey, they played hard till the end.

Now, I CAN'T WAIT TILL NEXT SEASON. I'm looking forward to our 3 new players, HAVING ERIKA BACK

I was in school in the mid 80s and remember us administering those kind of beatings regularly. I'm ready for us to start being that team again. It sucks to see how little talent we have compared to the elite teams. I'll be glad when Coach G gets this turned around.
 
Y'all, sorry for the last post. It was just heat of the moment. These jerks were showing their "UConn" on their sweatshirts and doing the Horns down the whole damn night. Even after wishing them "congratulations and good luck" they were still doing that crap. We showed class. We're TEXAS! They never will be. Damn yankees!

VERY proud of this team. Like Rexy said, sure as hell can't wait until next year!

Good season ladies. Lots of good stuff to come with Coach G. I loved her fire and passion tonight even during a drubbing. She really did use this as a teaching tool til the end. The future is bright!

When she brings in her own players and increases the talent level at UT then UT will be the ones putting on the spankings.
 
Our offensive movement was as good as it's been all year. We had a lot of backdoor cuts or drive and dishes for open layups. Unfortunately those were about the only shots we were able to hit. Also, our game footage could save some movie producers could a lot of money if they made a basketball sequel to Angels in the Outfield, since they wouldn't have to hire actors to pretend they are playing basketball and throwing the ball to the other team over nad over.
