prayers sent for him . he was hospitalized today.
I was told a few weeks ago there’s a very good chance he retires after signing day as he’s battled some health issues all year. I hope he’s okay?

Mississippi State coach Mike Leach hospitalized in Jackson



Mississippi State football coach Mike Leach was hospitalized Sunday after suffering a "personal health issue" at home earlier in the day, the university said in a news release.

Leach, according to the release, was transported by ambulance to the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson after having the issue at home. The university said it would have no further comment at this time other than to say that the "thoughts and prayers of the university are with Mike and [wife] Sharon and their family."

This twitter thread continues by saying the damage from the stroke is terminal, and he will be removed from life support after family has had a chance to gather and say their good-byes.

I read aortic aneurysm as a possible cause for the hospitalization, which is like 95% fatal. In any event, very sad and sudden for a guy his age. Sad day.
