Miami Regional

Fantastic weekend that shows what this team is capable of. They run hot and cold so let’s hope this hot streak has several more games in it.

95% Austin since Texas beats aggy in every category that matters to hosting.

You're right about that. If a$m wins their regional, they have the fact that they beat a higher seed in Stanford going for them. Everything else points to us.

Stanford was #8 and Miami was #9. If it hinges on that, then BS.

4. If the super regional matchup is between equally seeded teams, the committee shall review the hosting proposals according to the site selection criteria (e.g., quality and availability of the facility, revenue potential and other available accommodations) to determine the host. If only one of the teams has submitted a proposal, that team shall host if the proposal is acceptable

Texag is correct:

Any of you holding onto a shred of hope that the Neutered Cow Admiration Association is going to give us a super over Austin……..how long have y'all been alive?

Just strap on the white coat and find a padded room.

And I'll happily revisit this thread and eat all the crow y'all can serve up if I'm wrong. But I won't be.

In olden times, we would get a regional every now and again over other, more deserving teams, just because we had the best facilities. That doesn't happen too much anymore since so many more teams have top-flight stadiums than they used to.

All I know from watching aggy baseball fans, they sure like blowing bubbles.
If Bubbles is in town next week, he might need to keep his head on a swivel.

Aggy correct again:

They are regular season conference champs. They beat us head-to-head this year. Their stadium seats more. There will be several other SEC hosts I would say the odds are heavy. It's in Austin.
