LBJ is fearlessly challenging LSU’s batters and, for the most part, is throwing his high 90s fastball right past their swinging bats.

LBJ pitching better than I've ever seen him pitch, wish he didn't go full count so frequently, hes not likely to last past the 5th. Will be interesting to see how we handle the rest of the staff.
 
LBJ made quick work of LSU that inning. LBJ has been impressive, he pitches like this every week day we are going to be ok. That's four capable starters if they continue to grow and thats not including Witt.
 
Flores with an error, should be out of the inning. Bringing in Shaw to try and end this. JThomas should have dug the ball though.
 
That was good for Shaw, great learning experience that didn't cost us a thing. All these pay dividends later in the season when the games count more. Shaw has transferred in and performed well. Want to see him get more innings and develop some more depth in relief.
