With a 14 hour wait, were there food vendors and pottys set up?
Just fyi - the line was insane - literally miles long. It was a 10 - 14 hour wait. Famously, David Beckham who's a huge star showed up and waited just like everybody else, quietly and somewhat tearfully did the appropriate nod at casket, and moved on. Never thought he was better than anyone else.
I assume there were. I was at Westminster last Wednesday when everything was getting started, but I didn't get near the actual line. That was just too big of a time commitment.
No, but they did have some loos. With a 14 hour wait, were there food vendors and pottys set up?
You're no David Beckham.
Mr D
Interesting that apparently the media there didn't mention the inconveniences and how they were handled. More civilized?
Here in America guy4321 asked what WE all were wondering. Where did people pee?
Biden is an embarrassing POS
How can a POTUS be late to the state funeral of QEII monarch of one of our closest allies?
The disrespect Biden/ Demx just displayed won't be forgotten.
6721 is going to bust Biden's balls about everything, faithfully. You can rest assured about that.A little harsh to bust his balls about that.
He probably crapped himself and the team had to get his depends changed. The queen's funeral wasn't the place. What I think is a little worse is how quickly he left. His plane left about 2.5 hours after the funeral from London Stansted Airport. Well, that's about an 80-minute drive from downtown London, and obviously it takes some time to get him, his people, and all their crap onto the plane. That means he basically ditched that funeral as fast as he possibly could.
How did he help with global warming refusing to carpool?A little harsh to bust his balls about that. The reason he was late is that he didn't ride in the bus with other world leaders, and that bus undoubtedly had a police or military escort. Instead, he took the armored limousine, which got stuck in traffic, which I'm sure was hideous. I doubt it was Biden's call. Secret Service surely has protocol for that sort of thing.
(Personally, I won't even drive in London on normal days, because of the traffic and the parking hassle, which is beyond anything in Texas and probably anything in the United States. However, I can get on the Underground. He obviously can't.)

Well, if you are not going to blame Depends for the decision that made him late to the funeral, you can't blame him for this. The SS decides all of that, I'm sure. Or, am I incorrect here?On top of that, I saw Air Force One at RAF Mildenhall on Sunday. That means he had the plane make a special flight from Mildenhall to Stansted (which are pretty close to each other) to take him home - a huge waste of fuel and obviously a lot of wasted carbon emissions.

I have no idea, but I am a little surprised you think Diapers actually makes a decision on anything he "does".I doubt it. SS decides the "how," not the "what" or the "where." He has flown in and out of Mildenhall multiple times. Clearly there isn't any protocol or security problem with it.
And what do you think is more secure? A restricted military base in which no one enters without permission or a fully open hub for the cheap-***, thug-ridden Ryanair?

But, yes, whomever made the decision is certainly a hypocrite on the BS global warming thing.
True that.Sangre You are right I will. After what Biden et al has done to our country Hell yes.
I notice you do your fair share of ball busting.
