Lane Kiffin is the worst example of white privilege I have ever heard of. He fails at head coach over and over again and yet he gets 5 head coaching job offers despite his failures? Black coach would NEVER get that kind of opportunity.

Yes they have and will continue to do so: Charlie Strong, Tyrone Willingham, Lovie Smith post bears, Mike Locksley, Dennis Green, Turner Gill, etc.

Some head coaches (white, black or otherwise) continue to get opportunities despite failing or not impressing. Others (white, black or otherwise) do not. Life works that way for all people in all jobs in all countries on this earth. In India, Boliva, Sweden, Kenya, and every other country, some people fail and continually get opportunities, and some do a good job and do not receive many opportunities. Life is not fair in general and that goes far beyond racism. Please take your narrow-minded racist philosophies on the general unfairness of the Earth to West Mall.
