Really enjoyed your thoughts on "one of those other "college" boards" that you post on concerning Lache & his recruitment.
Can't wait to see him take DeMarco's spot in a few years.
The only reason I "post" is to keep everyone straight about Lache he is a 16yr old young man and I just cant believe the kind of things people say. HE is a wonderful young boy and I guess everyone has their own opinion...but Lache is the real deal..in football and as a person.
I've coached against Lache in AAU basketball, and not only is he an unbelievable athlete, but he also seems like a really good kid. I got to watch him play McNeil in football last year, and he's very impressive in person.
Thank you! As I stated on the OU board, Lache has no idea where he is going nor do I really talk to him about it- he has enough going on. My friend that I talk to on the OU board is going to kill me....but we are huge UT fans...sorry! I would love for him to be close to us...but this is his life..not ours. We are just here to support him in whatever he choices.
In the end he will be a horn. He will look around at LSU and OU but I believe he ends up with the good guys. I'm sure his Aunt won't shine too much light on this since it's early on but in talking to some people more connected to him, I think he will end up in burnt orange. Everything says great kid, great athlete, great student and loves the family atmosphere Mack brings to the table.
Well, I was wasnt going to let anyone know what School we love....but I couldnt hold it in anymore...we are die hard Longhorn fans..we have always been Longhorn fans!
HA! I love it! Well, I hope I do too! That would be a dream for us! But, we dont push him, he has to choose that on his own- what he feels is best for him. Although, I did buy him a UT shirt the other day and he seemed excited about it....I guess we will just wait and see....! My son's dream is to play on the UT field..but he is only 10- so we still have to wait on him!
Just watched his sophomore videos and he possesses some of the best breakaway speed I've ever seen on a high school video. Not sure how he would fair in between the tackles but this kid practically went untouched on most his film. I believe he had 11 TD runs of 45+ yards (19 total). I got to think Seastrunk will be our top offensive priority for 2010 and should be a 5 star ranked prospect.
