L O S T 2/28

Maybe Ben has perfected the time travel thing?
If so, what is his constant? The island itself? Jacob?

I think that it's Michael. I believe there is a Michael-centered episode coming up in a couple of weeks. Maybe they will explain everything that happened after he left. That would be awesome TV

Now we know why naomi had a picture of Desmond, right?

That was because Farraday wanted Desmond found...

He likely was getting sick too because he certainly had his 'head' exposed to lots of radiation.

BattleshipTexas, Shannon was brought back as a special guest. Michael was brought back as a full cast member. The guy on the boat is almost certainly Michael. I'm surprised they've waited this long to get to him.

hornian, Richard Alpert hasn't aged a day since the 70s, and seems reasonably comfortable with various forms of technology. In any event, I agree that Rousseau is likely not a crew member of the Rock.

I really enjoyed the nod to Slaughterhouse V, mostly because my grandfather had a bit part in the movie.

I re-watched part of this season's first episode and the first flashback of Faraday is starting to make more sense. He sees the wreckage on the television and starts freaking out. When asked why he's so scared by his caretaker, he responds that he doesn't know.

My theory is that he says "I don't know" because his consciousness is jumping forward to a time when he's on the island.

All this talk about nods to Slaughter House Five. What about the nod to Fisher Stevens (Minkowski). When Desmond asked Faraday how the mouse died, Faraday said the mouse's brain must have "short-circuited." Of course later, Minkowski's brain also 'short-circuited." Fisher Stevens, of course, was lead in that 80s gem "Short Circuit."

I'm watching the re-ait of this episode, and I have a question. Remember in Sayid's flash forward a few weeks back where he is was shot while being undercover? I don't really remember wher got shot, but I remember the scene where Ben is the doc that operates on his arm at the end of the episode.

The way it was shot, it was on it left side, possibly his left arm?

anyways, watching the re-air tonight, (The Constant) one can notice a circular scar (maybe from a bullet wound?) on Sayid's left upper bicep...dunno if that is of any significance?
