Seemed to me like they just couldn't handle getting walked off 2 nights in a row and tried to find some way to get the umps to believe DP left early. But you know Pierce has to be yelling, "Don't leave early".

AFAIK Kansas argued that JDup left early cuz, what else can you do? The umps got together and confirmed he did not. It did not last very long.

With Oklahoma State rained out yesterday and only having a doubleheader with Houston today left, I believe Texas controls its own fate for the two seed in Arlington. Win and they end up tied with Oklahoma State on win percentage, even if Oklahoma State sweeps the cougars as Texas would have both one more loss and one more win, and then would win the tiebreaker having won the season series. That is unless they have added a Sunday game down in Houston or made today a triple header down there.

I don't think that's quite right. If OSU wins their double-header today, their final win percentage will be .679. If we win today, our final win percentage will be .667. The fact that OSU had a game cancelled last weekend and one this weekend is throwing off the math. We need the Pokes to lose at least one game today (and we need to win).
