I follow TCU as a very distant 2nd favorite college team. I'm going to the game next Sat. in Fort Worth with 2 other Horn fans. Frogs lost to KSU by 1 TD today. Patterson will have em ready - Horns are gonna get a tough game next week.

Especially after watching the film of our game with KU. Patterson is a good D minded coach and he'll is capable of shutting our O down. One thing we have going for us is that TCU is playing a lot of Frosh this year and they will make mistakes. Herman needs to get our guys so fired up to play every week from here out that they are ready to eat their own guts for an opportunity to pound the Frogs into the dirt.

I'm tired of TH coming out every week after a loss or close win and saying "We've got to do a better job." If there is any folks that know that, it's our fans. Who is exactly is we? The Players? Coaches? The whole team? Individual players? That statement is ludicrous, no, make that ridiculous.

All teams have injuries but for some odd reason seem to field a defense. Our DL gets no push and is slow just like our LB's. Our DB's are always grasping for air like they never played man defense in their life. OU's defense was like that last year but not this year. Basically all the better teams have DC that can apparently recruit and/or coach better than ours. Hope TH can make a change because we are like the defense during mackovic, every running back wants to play Texas because we can make them an immediate Heisman front runner with a 200+ yard day.

I will. He had a good game plan and his players came ready to play, giving maximum effort every down. In a couple of seasons, he will have them winning games like the one they played in today and lost in the last seconds.

Patterson is a good coach, but TCU's defense this season hasn't shut anyone down other than Arkansas Pine Bluff. Texas will be able to out score them.

Baylor is scary and might just have to outscore them.
We don't play SMU and I am glad.

Two turnovers in the redzone didn't help our cause. Easy 14 points for them.
And giving it back at mid-field on downs twice didn't help.
It's ok to punt.

I feel the same as I did last season.
Pissed at some losses and pissed at some close wins.
Yet, at the end of the year we played a New Years Day bowl and smashed Georgia for a 10 win season.
I'm going to say "Just win, baby!" and hope the injuries heal and we get better as the season goes along.

Also pretty tired of hearing about Cosmi being all this and that. Our OL is getting punked by stunts. Cosmi is not horrible but he and Braun are getting beat like a red headed step child on a regular basis. No way 4 rushers against 5 OL should get our QB assaulted like they are. At some point you have to man up and say the guy in front of me is not getting thru!!!
