Yep. For example, people got mad when Musk shared the fake Kamala Harris video and wanted him prosecuted for it in California. I wouldn't go that far, but if someone makes an ad like that and doesn't clarify that it's fake or satirical, some kind of civil liability shouldn't be out of the question.

I wouldn't want to be part of an AI fake video (not that anyone has a reason to do that - just talking in principle here), so I agree there needs to be clear guidelines on how producers of AI content must label it as such.
