Mesohorny, I shudder to think what a female corp aggie would like. Then again, judging by the SpiderAg pics, with those haircuts and a total lack of body development on any of the guys, I'd be willing to bet it's difficult to tell the two sexes apart in the tamucs corp. In fact, in that last picture, I'm pretty sure one of those two dudes is actually a lady.

Going under the assumption that each of texags.com and hornfans.com bulletin board crowds cut a fairly similar cross section of the respective schools student and alumni populations, you have evidence to rebuff any aggy who says the quality of education at the two schools is equivalent.

I really believe humor, especially of the subtle variety - like the sarcasm that pervades this board, is pretty well correlated with intelligence. I felt that way before I ever saw either one of these BBS. If that is a valid assumption, then it is painfully obvious to all but the agroid faithful that we are just plain smarter than they are.

I mean the way I can register a fake username and just **** with them on texags without being outed is just absurd (and very funny). There is no way in hell I pull that on this board.

My experience with agroid alums in the workplace leads me to this conclusion. They spend so much time mind ******* themselves into believing a$m is the pinnacle of higher education that when they get out they think they have already achieved everything there is to achieve in life. They then drive their maroon trucks, wear their goofy rings and walk around thinking the world owes them something while proceeding to do nothing of consequence at work. Most of the problems I have to solve at work involve an aggie manager who is just not getting the job done. This is my life, people.

I'm going to go ahead and "out" myself as an Aggie ...
I read hornfans.com pretty often and have to say that even though a lot of fun is made at A&M's expense, it's usually pretty funny. Also, there are a few things that I'd like to clear up.
1. there is no such thing as agricultural and mechanical college of texas. A&M stand for nothing
2. it's the Aggie CORPS. note the spelling
3. those pictures are defintely real b/c the guy on the left in picture #4 is in my psyc class this summer.

You seem like a good, honest kid. But you need to get a clue. The "A&M" of your school does & always has stood for "Agricultural & Mechanical." Is denying this to be true a part of fish camp indoctrination? Is the real history of anm being revised to say this name never existed? Next thing is they'll be saying that "aggie" doesn't really mean anything except to be a student/alumni/fan of tamucs and certainly has nothing to do with farmers or agriculture. Never has, never would. "The fightin' farmers of anm."

Again, you seem to be okay, but don't blame us for you picking a school w/ such a paranoid atmosphere, a huge inferiority complex, so many lame traditions, & so many strange and ugly people.

No I am not embarrassed about the pictures. I have seen pics from fraternity parties that were way more embarrasing and let's face it, ya'll have those too.

I'm not saying Aggie doesn't mean anything but the initials "A" and "M" no longer stand for any specific word. The University and former students fought against changing the name to Texas State unlike many other schools. So the name stayed.

I 'speshly like MindControll's site, particlarly thu campus tour. He captured thu traler park esense purfekly. It's also an honor to no that you all sips respec us so much that you copied that traler park stile for yur new lucksery boxes at that there football stadium of yurs.

I do have a kweschun fur Hedgehog thoe about the frat picsures . . . are girls allowed at yur frat 'nishiashuns and meetin's? Now, I'm a girl, so I jes don't no 'bout these thangs, but I thought only thu boyz wuz at some thangs. In my surorty, we din' 'low no boyz at meetin's or privit 'nishiashuns. 'Course it may be difernt in Austin . . . I wuz jes wundrin'.
 
I checked the other day, and this little gem isn't yet on Classic Posts. It really should be.

I understand that the photo links could cause problems down the road, as the Corps - in its neverending effort to attract the best and brightest - posts a different deviant activity photo set on their site. Still, that difficulty shouldn't keep this, or Spidey's follow-up, from appearing on Classic Posts.
