Yes. I've had family members, interpreters, and insurance reps in the room. Have they ever been unidentified? Hell no.

They would get away with it if no one objects. If I represented the other side, I'd object to anyone being in the room who doesn't belong, and if for some reason, the person had a right to be there, I'd never let that person be present without being fully identified on the record and wouldn't let him speak on the record unless he's sworn in as a witness.
