The issue is the 18-20-year-old generation doesn't see it the same way most of us see it. To them, it is a natural right to yell when they perceive an injustice against them. Shepard sees himself as the best player on the team because that is what people not associated with the Texas program are telling him in hopes of destabilizing the Texas program.
