ISU @ Texas

One of my leaders at work is an ISU grad, he said Grill has had on-and-off back issues over the last month but there was a feeling that "Texas Goons with cheap shots" wouldn't have helped that sore back.
In other words, he couldn't take the heat so he just got out of the kitchen.

ISU AD Jamie Pollard is PO'ed that last night's game was broadcast on the Longhorn Network. His statement re: OU & Texas; "Can't leave soon enough." Alright, *****...talk to the Commish about writing off $100MM & we'll drag our collective asses out of this dump tomorrow. Otherwise, ESFO&D...& while you're @ it...STFU!!!!

A 16 seed has beaten a 1 seed, but only once in the tourney's history. That factoid doesn't diminish your point though.
Yeah, it kinda does. You are, of course, correct. Forgot that VA was a 1 seed when U of M Baltimore upset them as the only time a 16 has beaten a 1. 15 has beaten a 2 several times.

I think that attitude permeates the soon to be little 12 and is why we should never schedule any former conference foes (including and especially sand aggy as having to play true aggy is enough) in football.

What an idoit. It only goes to LHN if none of the regular ESPN networks pick it up. Without LHN it would have been on ESPN+ PPV.

None of the ESPN networks picked up the Texas/ou game and it defaulted down the PPV. Certainly that's a bigger draw than Texas vs corn field U.

Small minded attitudes like that are EXACTLY why I am glad to be leaving, and why I agree with the ISU AD that it would be even better if it happened even sooner.
