In reality, these were some of the most ill conceived poorly executed lawsuits based on all feedback I've read from lawyers. It's almost like they have no intention of winning these lawsuits. ;)

I won't even get into these clown show hearings. Did you catch that Indian woman in Michigan that was advocating for Voter ID because she can't tell Chinese apart? The money quote was "if some Chow walks in to vote". :yikes: I noticed that Guiliani distanced himself from the drunk Melissa Carone yesterday saying he'd met her only moments before the hearing.

That may be true, but regardless of the court, they have to present issues on which they can not only win on the merits (which they might on some issues) but also on the remedy (overturning the election result). For example, they might get the late arrival ballots tossed in PA (which I think would be legally correct), but that wouldn't be enough to flip PA to Trump.

For them to flip these states, they need the wingnut stuff to prevail. The "Kraken" has to actually be released.

I flipped through the “kraken” and read some commentary on it. It appears to my non barrister brain to be something that would have failed at North Texas Law School.
 
A lot of the "wingnut" stuff is supported by the statisticians though. When one of the top cyber crime experts in America says that there is serious fraud in all six of the battleground states, I tend to listen. However, none of this can be proven for the courts without a full forensic audit of the machines, which will never happen.

Edit- Also, despite what some people here are reporting there are numerous good witnesses (100s in fact) that back up the notion there is fraud occurring.

They've tried but it's not every convincing. They said that there was an election official there the entire time. The video proves that not to be true. They also said the people were not told to leave but the Fulton Co. spokesman said they were in a Yahoo interview on Nov. 3rd along with sworn affidavits from GOP poll watchers that were there. The GOP poll watchers also said they were told it was a pipe burst which looks to never have happened. They're telling us it was just a normal operation. Doesn't sound like one to me. Lie after lie tells you something is very wrong.
 
To add they told the news outlets that all counting was being shut down for the night at 10:30 due to a pipe burst.. After every one was gone 4 individuals came back and started the counting back up. They lied. This is not some innocent misunderstanding.

Edit- The news outlets were the AJC and Yahoo. Both mentioned the counting was stopping at 10:30.

Why haven’t they talked to those 4 people? Let them know the penalty for election interference, separate them and see if they have the same story.

Of course they aren't cooperating. You have to sue and gain access to them through the discovery process (a formal request or a subpoena).
 
Have not seen any Dem offer an excuse on DeKalb county having no chain of custody for 300 drop box ballots or for why a court ordered sampling of ballots in Az had 11% not match.
All dems have focused on is 1 out of thousands of witnesses.

That's all they have to focus on because the media will run interference for them and characterize all the witnesses as lunatics.

Georgia did a hand recount. How does this then have anything to do with Dominion? Please keep in mind that I've only voted in four different counties in the state of Oklahoma they've always used the same machines. So, my frame of reference may be "sheltered".
 
If the GOP wins we get jillion’s of tech workers from India taking jobs here but if the DEMS win we get a jillion illiterates from Central America taking jobs here. Any of you recall voting FOR either? The two parties are just agglomerations of interests that are not mine so I could give a **** which one wins. Pity those who think there is a great advantage to getting hanged as opposed to being shot.

Election night was not done by hand but by Dominion machines.

Yes, they counted twice but it's not hard to create phony ballots to back up the vote switching . Georgia election witnesses have complained about seeing phony ballots. Yes, but overall Dominion was 5% higher for Biden than Trump over the other voting systems across the nation. Still, there is the possibility there was no vote switching and it was all done with phony ballots alone. That's why we're investigating to get to the truth. The MSM says there's nothing to see here but most of the cyber experts are saying there is. I'll go with them.
