how close together are your kids?

It's like cats or dogs, you want to get more than one so they can hang out and do stuff together. So we had our daughter 18 mos after our son. They are now 8 and 6 and they do everything together. I can't imagine how bored my son would be without his sister.

I was hooping they would both be boys so they we could pass down clothes but that didn't work out. They are best friends...for now. They can play together or play by themselves. It was hard at first but now it is great. Once they both get potty trained it's all down hill! This spring was the first year they both played sports. Coaching two teams was a time consuming challenge, not to mention one team was seven 6 year old girls. That's four practices a week and two games on the weekend.

Wouldn't trade any of it for the world!!!!!

Two 25 y/o boys, 23 y/o girl, 16 y/o boy!

Bill Cosby said "you aren't really a parent if you have only one child!"

He is refering to all the "He's looking at me" and "She touched me" kind of stuff, and of course Nobody causes all kinds of problems in your home when you have more than one.

Putting three through college all at once sucked, but we survived. The two older boys were really close until about 16, they kind of drifted apart. The girl always had to fight to be part of the action. All three were great with their little brother. Of course they give us a hard time now about how soft we are on the young one compared to how we were with them. I tell them with three toddlers you either are very firm or you live in hell!

Our second grandson should be here this month!
