Admittedly, I rarely if ever watch them, but are we always that undisciplined?

Can't believe they didn't call a foul on that block/steal. I was nowhere near a foul, but that didn't stop them every other time. I saw better officiating in my grandson's 9 year old SBMSA games.

We're just never going to be able to "out-physical" other teams with this lineup. In a way, that's not a problem if we can harness our advantages in speed, shooting, athleticism, etc.

NC State no longer has the DJs that took them to the FF, but they're not a bad team at all.

Finally was able to watch the game and had these observations.

1. Like last year, Texas is going to have trouble with physical teams on the interior. Shedrick is not a banger down low although he does his best.
2. They make way too many silly turnovers and I it is amazing how they consistently have trouble inbounding the ball.
3. Tre Johnson is clearly their best offensive player, but he needs to dial back the one on one stuff. The offense needs to get him open on the move more for a catch and shoot where he is deadly.
4. Same on the fastbreak. They need to look for Johnson more on the spot up three. Missed him several times in the game on breaks and just my opinion but I'll take Johnson shooting a three over a contested shot at the rim.
5. Weaver is a much more athletic glue guy than Cunningham. He wins most 50-50 plays.
6. They really need to beat Uconn at home.

I agree with everything you just said. Hopefully, the coaches see your comment about the offense. I'm sure the guys are running the offense in the game that they practice on daily.
