Horns - Gators Game Thread

I am sure I am in the minority but Matthew M. embarrasses me. No one really talks like that. And who wears a leather jacket in Texas in September. What a total poser.
In general, I am over the whole featuring of famous people on our sideline.
I know half of Hollywood up and moved here, and I think its lame.
Matthew is a bruh. I read his book 'Greenlights'. I quit it about halfway through after his 4th or 5th mention of how much he masturbates.

Goosby has a learning curve at RT. That position has been a weak link in the OL for some time now.

GT students taunting UM players as they leave the field in Atlanta. All of them are within reach too, somebody 'bout to die.

Today was what I hoped it would be, a beat down of a team that had key injuries and that Texas was miles ahead of in terms of talent even before those key injuries. I was worried that Texas would fart around and turn the ball over two or three times, have some key offensive penalties that killed drives and let a bad Florida team hang around and make us all sweat it out. I am very gruntled this evening.

I saw that. Thought UM players were fixing to climb up that fall and go after those students. They showed great restraint.
Actually, that far North, they’re not fixin’ to do anything. Rather, they’re “about to do” such thing.

While I don’t think he actually has a military background, Army’s Coach Monken sure looks the part. He looks like a crusty old CO that likes to wake up at 4 AM, and could probably do 100 push-ups in a minute.

I never got the sense that we were letting then " hang around".

It is somewhat disappointing that our win against Mich looks less impressive and our loss to Ga hurts SOS too

Btw, the Florida fans in Section 127 were pretty chill and great to be around. A welcome change from Okie fans, aggy fans, Arkansas fans, Tceh fans, et al.

The crowd at DKR started thinning out as the 4th quarter began (not surprising in view of the blowout). The mood by that time was kind of a quiet “OK, whatever.” By 8:00 in Q4 the place was half empty. (Or half full.)

I’m right there with you. To me, he has always been someone who seeks attention, and tries to draw attention to himself.

Your characterization as a “poser” seems apt.
