I'm not going to give up on Ewers but he just doesn't seem to have the "it" factor. His arm is good and he shows good poise in the pocket. Maybe he'll prove me wrong. But I'm just not seeing it yet. He just doesn't seem like a playmaker.

I'm not sure if this is on Flood or Sark or both or whoever, but the reads by the OL are just poor. No one seems to handle the job immediately in front of them because they're so focused on pulling or tipping off which direction their down side is. Just block straight and let Bijan and QE figure out what they need to do.
