HornFans.com Trivia Game

Nope, but I've noticed I really suck HUGE at trivia.

First time ever that the four yrs of Latin I took in High School paid off though LOL

Yeah, time is my legacy as in taking too much! And still scoring poorly!

Practice makes perfect right?

I just got a question about a 'horse's rug'. Where do these questions come from? My dad has trained cutting horses all of his life and growing up, we always had over 100 horses and I'll be damned if I ever heard anything called a rug.

Bigwill: I'll be damned. They aren't rugs in West Texas. I am pretty sure Paschall Belew (my grandfather) would have beaten me silly if I had called it a rug. My dad would have just called me a fagala.

After some research, I found it was a british term for horse blanket. WTF do they call a saddle blanket? Fuckin' limeys.

Reminds me of a story an old man told me about a west Texas boy goes to England to stay with some relatives and he goes on a fox hunt. When they get back, none of the other 'hunters' will talk to him. He finally asks why everyone is so pissed off at him. The guy tells the cowboy, "When you see the fox you are supposed to say 'Tally Ho The Fox', not 'There goes that little sumbitch'.

Rug my ***.

My uncle is a retired police chief. He had a police official from London over on some sort of training. We all went drinking one night, and the Brit asked the bartender where he could find a ***. No ****.

Two 10/10 days followed by two bad days. If I ever meet the ****** who submits french translations as trivia questions, I'm killing his ***.

At least I beat Macanudo. I guess the cold of Alaska, or that weirdo at work his wife complains about, has slowed his reflexes.

But both of those topics should be trivia answers as well.
