But storming the Capitol or trying to strong arm the GA secretary of state to change vote counts are acceptable to you?

No one has claimed this was acceptable. What is being DISCLAIMED is that storming of the capital was insurrection and worse than the other political protests that occurred in 2020.

It's unbelievable that position was (a) chosen to use to paint Trump followers as semi fascists, (b) people actually were slow enough to believe it.
An unarmed group, never fired a shot on anyone. Yet it's termed as an "insurrection". Laughable
There is not enough common ground for to continue political discussion in this forum. . I don't hate the Republican Party and have my differences with the Democratic mainstream. But I can't understand the love for the lying Narcissist and endless excuses for what all should discern as egregious behavior. Democratic leadership is so inept maybe having Trump be the center of attention is the way they continue to have some power. He's easy to hate and hate is a motivator.
It's a bad cycle. The Democrats hate Trump, and many Republicans like him because they hate him. This is why I wish Trump would go away.
Outside of judges, border security (and other non-woke stuff), and perhaps tax cuts, Trump is your typical democrat in terms of policy and abusing power. This is why dems hate him. I find it funny. People don’t realize that when dems attack Trump for X and Y, they are simultaneously attacking previous actions by dems. If anything, Trump has exposed how corrupt and hypocritical the dems have always been.
Most republicans like him because he put together before covid one of the best presidencies of our lifetime. Is he a heavily flawed person? Yep. If DeSantis doesn't run he's my pick in the primary.

I for one don't love Trump. I don't excuse property destruction or violence against people. But what you don't see is your own bias like calling Trump the Narcissist. It's accurate but it ignores that every politician is and does things worse than Trump. I also can't get that mad at people who walked into the Capital after the doors had been left open, as long as they didn't attack anyone or break anything. But people like that have been detained for months and months and you aren't bothered the least by it. If you are, it is unclear.
Make truthful, self-aware, proportionate statements critical about Trump and Republicans and there would be actual discussion. You instead throw darts and are shocked, SHOCKED!, that others throw darts back at you.

Respectfully, there's no common ground in DC. Democrats 100% supported the huge spending bills that are spiraling the economy out of control. Only Manchin and sinema held out, only to vote yes. God only knows what the payoff was to change their minds.
Point is, there's no give in Democrats right now. Nix pipelines that allow for a continuous flow of energy, all the while end jobs for people in the industry. For what? To beg the Saudis for oil?

Exactly. Wray is problematic because the question IS a yes/no question...and SHOULD be an emphatic NO. That he couldn't do that tells us all that need be said about how corrupt that entire organization is, especially with what we knew after the Whitmer shenanigans.
