General Presidential Campaign: Trump vs Hillary

He could. But I dont think he even likes her. And we know his wife doesnt

Well I guess, emphasis on guess, she may not have when she was the opponent but she sure talks her up now. Ahhhhh, politics, one might say it makes strange bedfellows.

LOL -- most entertaining election ever
She was caught by the Weiner

And why was he getting classified docs in the first place?

Trump back in Aug 2015
Looks like he may have gotten it right
Of course, the media mocked him for this at the time

I think Comey is realizing his name might be attached to the FBI not being seen as an effective, non-political organization. I also bet the worst of the emails is yet to come.

I've never believed the FBI had become political but rather calling balls and strikes as they see them. This would be evidence that they aren't.

If HRC would be arrested before election day, this would be bad. DNC drafts Joe Biden to take her place, all the voters on both sides begging for someone other than HRC and DJT are satiated, game over for GOP.

The bad news is there's no way the FBI will take any significant action against Hillary until long after the election. And, once she's elected, she's practically invulnerable. Even if impeached, the Dems will acquit her in the Senate, no matter what they find. There's no disgracing a Clinton. They won't do the honorable thing and resign like Nixon did.

It's up to the American people now.

I'd like Trump (or anyone repeating him) to explain how this is bigger than Watergate.
Wow. So you think republican operatives breaking into DNC offices to obtain election intelligence and trying to cover it up is bigger than covering up illegal activities, lying to congress and the FBI as well as exposing national classified data to hackers? Good god Bill, you are a multi millionaire. Let her go to jail and you can lead the post presidential life you always dreamed of...

The break-in wasn't why it was such a big deal. It was the privilege that Nixon proclaimed and his creative staffing of key characters that were involved with the cover-up.

The illegal activities and exposing data stuff has been debunked several times over. The Congress part is more iffy as to whether or not she believed she was lying at the time. Nixon was definitely lying, hence the Saturday Night Massacre and other key parts of that scandal.

Yes it was the cover up. Are you saying there is no cover up in this investigation? If so, why in the world would so many people plead the 5th and get immunity? You have to be smarter than that if you graduated from The University.

The cover-up that HRC is involved in doesn't have a couple of the major aspects that Watergate did. Nixon's false executive privilege, firing key staffers who were trying to do the right thing, the Senate unanimously voting to subpoena info, etc. The Watergate scandal might have started as a partisan effort to discredit Nixon, but it became an all-out assault from every direction. HRC hasn't claimed any privilege in working in the State Dept. She hasn't fired anyone (that we know about) who has revealed any of the info.

Two dudes have pleaded the 5th, and according to the redacted stuff that has been released, one had his "oh **** moment" and bleachbit the hell out of the emails he knew about. There's no evidence that HRC told him to do it, like there was with Nixon and the portions of missing tapes. He pleaded the 5th because of his own ***, not HRC's.

More than one has pleaded the 5th. And you believe that, on his own, he decided to violate federal law and risk jail because of an Oh S*** moment to customer service? Really?

Off topic, but I have beachfront property for sale in Arizona. Interested?

You can play around with assumptions on this map.
But if this red/blue breakdown on this one holds, then Trump would have to win one of the green states or two of the pink states to get to 270 --

I think he did what anyone who may or may not have accidentally violated federal law would do. Have an "oh **** moment."

The guys from Platte River Networks had no idea about how secure the server was, so they tried to cover their own tracks regarding moving the server to a third party. If this is the smoking gun that proves HRC violated laws, then good for the people who wish to indict her. I think it's more of an indictment of PRN and their inability to do what they should have been doing all along.

Wait... if the breakdown "holds" on that map? You have several red ones that aren't "held" at the moment. Are you implying that states with +7 HRC currently will become red because of today's news? Or is this an internal polling one from Kellyanne?
