Forensic Audit in Maricopa County, AZ

Here's a video of Democrats helping people at the polls. This was fully supported by Eric Holder and Barack Obama a.k.a. The Turd.

Also, note the lines at the polling station used by black folks, which are farther than the eye can see. Maybe all the brothers and sisters passed out from dehydration before they reached the building.

It's not about the water. It's about criminalizing helping people. Lines have a history of being longer for non-whites. Them's statistics.

And yet the lines don't know the color of the person standing in them...that's reality.

mb227, there is a reason neither Coach Bubba nor SH post actual waiting times in voting lines in Georgia, and that reason is that it makes them look foolish.

The other issue involves the old saying, "you can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink". You can put a Dem in front of a voting machine, but you can't think for him to speed up his understanding of the instructions needed to use the voting machine. If you could, it would speed up the vote process. Just think of situations involving certain drivers in the fast lane, and those in buffet lines. Following rules and making decisions is tough.....

True. However, the people authorizing the amount of precincts to spread across a jurisdiction DO know the color of the people who will be standing in said lines.

Wait, so the people who drew precinct boundaries all those years ago knew which neighborhoods might be white, black or brown in 2020 on forward? Damn, they should have bet the Nationals before last season and made some serious bank on that futures bet...

Precinct lines are not redrawn in the manner like you and SH seem to attribute to Senate and House Districts. If they were being gerrymandered by race, seems as though the GA equivalent of a SheJack would have been filing suit...oh wait, they likely would have had a role in it and benefited from such actions.

Polling availability is a thing. Polling Places Remain a Target Ahead of November Elections

Stacy Abrams lost that election after MANY people going to vote had been dis-enrolled. She got the red arse and flipped Georgia. Ironically, had Abrams won governership in Georgia, I predict that the KKK wing of the GOP would have redoubled their efforts and Trump/Loefller/whateverhisnameis would have won in a pushback vote.

"May I see your ID" is voter suppression, but some dude with a billy club ready to beat the hell out of somebody isn't.

"I don't think I'll vote today. What if they don't have water waiting there for me? Who is responsible for my misery?? "

Pretty soon libs will ***** that GA voters don't get a free taco with their "i voted" button on election day
They provide incentives for getting vaccinated.

I believe so. Honestly, my big gripe isn't that some huge outage should have happened. My gripe is that it was largely downplayed while pretty minor, technical voting changes are treated with over the top outrage and called "Jim Crow."

The "Jim Crow" language is political hyperbole, not dissimilar to "Russian Hoax" and "stolen election". Voter suppression just doesn't have the same impact apparently and yes, many (not all), of the election law changes are clearly designed to place more limits on access to voting.

I vaguely remember this instance in 2008 and I'd argue there is no justification for standing outside a polling location with a club. I also don't have any details whether the charges should have stood against the New Black Panther leader or not. Based only on the pictures/video, it would be hard to convince me that charges shouldn't have continued to be pressed.

I do have problems with accusations that XXX story isn't getting enough media coverage. Looking at FoxNews and CNN recently it seems a too large portion of their coverage is pointing the finger at the other. That likely fires up their core audience but that doesn't help inform anyone. Heck, each of our own news bubbles alone likely shapes our perspective of what's getting covered and what is not. Add on those same news sources telling you that the opposite media isn't covering story XX and it becomes manipulation.

I've been in the camp lamenting the severe shift towards more segmented and partisan media for some time.

Ok so math is not your strong suit I get it. If I have 6 bananas and you have 4 bananas I have more so it’s not low. And you are right “polls are closed” granted they were still counting votes. It would of been accurate if it was time stamped.

Actually that whole meme is ********. Look at the reported percentages. They hadn't stopped counting votes. For example, Michigan was only at 59 percent. What if included in the remaining 41 percent was Detroit?

You have the integrity to dismiss that characterization, but the big difference is that virtually the entire political media craps on the Russian Hoax and stolen election rhetoric (with good reason). I don't see that with the Jim Crow language. I see it largely taken seriously and given merit. It should be dismissed as harshly as the stolen election rhetoric, because it has no more merit.

Again, it's like the Holocaust talk (whether it's coming from MTG or AOC). Show me the gas chambers, and dead bodies, and I'll defend a Holocaust comparison. Show me the state-sponsored segregation, and I'll defend a Jim Crow comparison. However, if that sort of evidence can't be shown, then the comparison is inflammatory nonsense that should be dismissed, and the person making the comparison should be discredited and not taken seriously anymore.

I didn’t say I agreed with the meme only that 60 % is not low. And I recognize the count was on going.

I get that, but the point of the meme is to give the illusion that Trump was winning when the vote counting stopped, and that was simply false by the meme's own data.

Is 60 percent not low? That depends on the margin and which votes are being counted first and which are being voted last. Generally, if the margin is big, then 60 percent is high. If the margin is tight, then it's low.

60% is low. The real issue is that the right and Trump BOTH solidly were critical of mail in voting across the nation. To the point of telling people to commit voter fraud by voting absentee and voting in person to "test the system". https://www.newsobserver.com/news/politics-government/article245460825.html

So, historically, mail in voters trend older and military and would tend to lean right. However, the pandemic shifted those sands significantly. Absentee voting trended strongly Democratic because one party thought the pandemic was real and one thought it was "fake news". Also, early voting was considered in the same pool of votes in many places as absentee voting. Pennsylvania requested to be able to start counting the mail in ballots before the polls closed and were denied. Pa. Republican Lawmakers Remain Unwilling to Allow Early Vote Counting

Trump's people wanted to delay the count and have the lead on election night and then claim victory before all the votes were counted. This was a story from 11/1/2020. Trump says votes should be counted by Election Day at Georgia rally

They saw what was going to happen. Early voting was significant. More than 100,000,000 people voted before election day. https://www.washingtonpost.com/graphics/2020/elections/early-voting-numbers-so-far/

They wanted to mush early votes into the same category as mail in votes for perception purposes and then urinate all over the votes counted after election night. Democracy, yo!

Funny when the subject of the 2020 election comes up people get a little jumpy.

I didn’t say anything about the 40% outstanding votes. They all could be Biden.

Got it, a majority of the precincts counted is low.
