Everybody has known this for 10 years. It is why from the beginning of the controversy in 2020, I had no issue believing the election was stolen. We saw the midnight vote dump data. It looked algorithmic. It was surprising that no courts or people in power talked about it. It was only internet sleuths that said anything.
 
Garmel, that is why the requirement was to air gap all the voting machines. But then on election night it came out that the voting machines were all hooked up to the internet or at least a larger network than needed.
 
Apparently in Texas you can mail the ballot on Election Day and get it counted many days after Election Day (depending on mail delivery).
