Elon Musk Stuff

Maybe, but try to prove it in court.
He boldly said none of it was happening. He didn’t say, “I am not aware” or “I’m not sure, let me check and get back with you.” If Congress only moves on the minority in these issues, the republic is over.

If the roles were reversed, I’d be saying the same thing. The democrats learned crooked behavior from Rham Emmanuel via Obama. We are now in the realm of Chicago, New Orleans and Detroit politics and elections. This won’t end well.

People very often say things are so because they have reason to believe that they are and/or lack reason to believe they are not. If they end up being wrong, that by itself isn't going to get you a perjury conviction or even a charge. To get at Rasputin, you'd need proof that he believed his statement was false at the time he made it. "Well, it's his company. He must know," isn't going to cut it. You'd need a smoking gun of some kind - proof that he had acknowledged the truth to someone before his testimony or something along those lines.

I've heard people tell me that the FBI and Twitter censoring was legal. How can a government organization be legally involved in the censoring of the public? Isn't this a flagrant violation of the 1st amendment?

I think on the presumption that it was voluntary to adhere to FBI suggestions.
