^The "center" voter hasn't changed a lot in his views, but the Democratic Party has moved so far left that the center voter is now much closer to the GOP philosophy. I sincerely hope the Democrats keep to the left - it would result in dominance for the GOP.
 
This is vote margin in absolute votes, not percentage. Note Montgomery county provides the most GOP margin in Texas.

 
Really good mix of suburbia and rednecks pricing out liberals. Libs that can afford it are confined to River Oaks with a sprinkling in The Heights

True but missing something. That leftward shift also means that the Republican Party moves left too as it picks up yesterday's Democrats.
 


and then the moderator said "ok, that's good you all pass (insert uncomfortable Eddie Murphy laugh)..." while the crowd was pleased they all raised their hands. They are in their own weird world and will never acknowledge they are the problem......racism, misogyny, Hitler, whatever. Keep it up and liberals will never win again.
 


I have friends on social media that are even doubling down on DEI.

Apparently DEI is meritocracy, or a scape goat for all the things DEI has caused, or the only reason Jim Crow laws are gone. Even people I have helped personally, they don't say I'm the problem, but there politics says I'm the problem.
