FSU has a great defense, but yeah I wonder how many points they'd score. Didn't they have 65 total yards at halftime in the ACC title game?
I think Duncanville or Northshore would have scored more than Louisville.

No, we have been assured Louisville was terrible because of superior FSU defense.True, UL looked horrid. Only thing worse was the play calling. Their OC kept having drop back pass attempts against a very good D line, with predictable, sacked, results.
Both teams were actually terrible. It was like watching a 1A football game where a forward pass that's completed is a cause to celebrate. I've seen enough football to know the difference between good defense where no one is open, and receivers that have alligator arms.
On Mike Greenberg's show, no one gave him any pushback when he said that Oklahoma State was a much worse team than Louisville. Louisville would be a 2-point favorite over the Pokes according to Sagarin. Based on what I saw Saturday night, I'm pretty sure Oklahoma State pulls it out.
I found myself rooting for Bama even though the prevailing wisdom seemed to be that we needed Georgia to win. Glad it worked out how it did.
FSU would lose to all four playoff teams and Georgia. I guess we will see them play Georgia so there is that.
Yup, by many multiples of 10 if Nix plays; by multiples of 10 if the Student Manager plays QB.UGA can play its "skeleton crew" if some of their better players get ready for the Draft and still beat FSU by 3 scores. I fully expect Oregon to do the same against Liberty and probably still win by 50.
