Dartmouth vs Horns

Farmer. He had the hot bat yesterday.

Dartmouth’s pitcher is killing gophers in the dirt by the plate a lot.

To the bottom of the second

Dartmouth’s pitcher has thrown a lot of pitches already.

Winfield at DH.

K

Galvan

Batting 9th (mildly insulting, but he’s got to perform to show he belongs up higher in the lineup).

3 pitch K.

The bottom 1/3 of the lineup needs to pick it up.

A lad named Ethan comes to the plate for Dartmouth.

Isn’t he that guy who wears an Ascot and studies Medeival British literature? (No not Fred. Fred is an Amherst man).

Now Max B.
Backwards k inside.
Max B turns around and argues with the ump a bit before going back to the dugout.

Flores. High fly ball. Foul territory. D ss makes the grab in foul territory. That’s it for the third. On to the 4th inning.

1-1

Rerick throws hard. Slow roller to Shoos. To Rerick covering 1st. Out.

On to the bottom of the 4th.

2-1 them.

I haven't been looking deep into the quality of at bats but I know Schloss watches that and may be the reason for some of the adjustments. I know he dropped Flores last weekend in game 2 or 3.

Disappointed in Borba's at bats so far, he really looked good last year and so far he hasn't made a case for himself but Flores isn't tearing it up either like last year.

We rallied in B 6. A Rod with a double and Gaspo drove him in.

2-2 game to the 7th.

Andre DuP still on the mound.

Lead off batter tries to bunt his way on. Out.
