A great photo of #57 Bo Price, center for the 1963 Longhorns in the Orange Bowl against Bama

#57 Jim Achilles, center for the 1969 Longhorns

I tried to stick with the "champions" theme, but couldn't find a photo of Jason Perez, a non-schollie LB from 2005. So optimistically, here's #57 Clark Orren (current OL).

I believe that David McWilliams centered in the Cotton Bowl and the 64 team beat #1 Alabama in the Orange.

Oops, you are absolutely right. That is the 1965 Orange Bowl, following the 1964 season.

Plus, it is hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like a long-snap situation. I'm not sure whether Bo Price was the regular center, or only the long snapper.

Center - David McWilliams was a Sr. in 1963 and did snap vs. Navy in '64 Cotton Bowl. He was of course not on the roster of the 1964 team that beat Bama in the '65 Orange Bowl.

Does anyone know where to get the rosters for the teams longer than the ones at Mack Brown.com
seems that before the shake-up over there there were many more available.

You can browse "Texas Longhorns Football Rosters" and you can pull up several sources - one is linked to the UT Sports website.

Oh hell yeah Stonie Clark. Here’s another view of one of the best Longhorn plays ever by #55.

One does not simply put a shoulder into Stonie and win the battle.
