Coronavirus

Those stats are astounding and the opposite of what should have happened if Fauci etc had been right.
I feel sorry for people who did get vaxxed
With these stats/facts known why are Demx still heavily promoting vaxxes and boosters?

The progressive agenda is emboldened with the last election. It’s more important to be able to get an abortion than to be able to be free and have the ability to pay your bills. This country is ******.

This was a no-brainer prediction from me:

Vaccines mostly help folks older than 75 and in poor health, who were going to die anyway with or without the vaccine.

A good study regarding the vaccine would have focused on 45-65 age bracket to see how many deaths could be avoided with the vax since that group is in relatively good health but somewhat vulnerable to Covid.

This is why our experts look so dumb. They bring age into the equation when it serves a political point, and when it doesn't, they don't. Same thing when they decide to talk about deaths or cases.

There will be 109,000 deaths this year due to fentanyl. Maybe the CDC can turn to science and let the democrats know they are responsible.

Yep, they do the same trick with weather vs climate.

As I've mentioned before, I have Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia. I've been told by Texas Oncology and MD Anderson that I am immunocompromised. They are unable to tell me to what degree. They say I should behave as if I'm going to die if I catch it. Upon their recommendation I have received three Moderna shots, the last one being August 2021. I had side effects that weren't pleasant but the ended within two days. I have also received two injections of a product known as Evusheld which is an anti-body that was advertised to reduce the risk of severe disease or death from Covid by 83%.

To date, I've not caught Covid. I wore a mask, distanced in social settings and worked remotely at home 100% of the time from about March 2021 to maybe last April. I stopped wearing the mask at that point. Not sure why but it felt right to me. I now work 2 days at the office but have my own office so I can distance easily. We also have very few people there so it's not a threatening environment at all. I have gone to people's homes and to concerts.

The facts: I've not caught Covid. I feel great. My treatment for the Leukemia ended in August 22 and I am effectively in remission. I took pills for an entire year and received antibody infusions the first two months (starting in August 2022).

Two months ago my wife caught Covid but it was a mild case (she had three Moderna vaccines as had I with the last one having been taken a year earlier). I was sleeping with her. You know, like you would in a happy marriage. Guess what?

I didn't catch it.

She took Ivermectin but it was really an accident. We didn't know anything about the political turmoil around it. Her brother caught it and made some phone calls and for some reason he decided Ivermectin was generic Paxlovid. My wife was able to get a prescription over the phone from a doctor she never had been to before. All she had to do was answer a few questions which I thought was interesting. I believe it is a drug that was prescribed "off-label" meaning not exactly on point for the problem at hand. I did some research and told her it wasn't generic Paxlovid and mentioned the Trump connection. Anyway, she took the medicine as directed; maybe five days in a row. We also distanced for 12 days and then we got on a plane for La Jolla for our planned vacation. She tested negative on the 12th day which was a coincidence. We had decided to travel regardless of the test because her symptoms disappeared several days earlier and we felt our research indicated all was well. We were frustrated by how long it took for her to get a negative result. We were using the rapid response test. Not everyone takes that long to produce a negative result but doctors don't know why some take longer.

We were able to pre-board both legs of our flight due to my immunocompromised situation and sat near the front. But we didn't board ahead of anyone who clearly had mobility issues, high age or children. We also wore a mask.

Just telling you what we did. Not preaching or anything.

So, I really don't know what to think. The Oncologists don't either. Maybe the Evusheld is an amazing solution for people in my boat.

Something worked because I was laying in bed with COVID and didn't catch it.

THAT is great great news.

Thank you my friend.

You know, I'm 64 and there's always other things to concern yourself with. Just because you have cancer and had it before doesn't mean cancer say's, "Ok, we good" and move on to someone else. A year ago my PSA was 2.97. Then last April it was 3.97. My Urologist said he didn't like the spike. This was two weeks ago. I was there because he asked me to come back in six months due to the spike. So I was sweating that. But it came back at 3.87 which was excellent news.

It's a war man!

Can you believe this?

People used to compare him to Obama because they have some similarities in style, but in practice, he is much worse. The dude is a friggin' tyrant. However, I'm not sympathetic to Canadians. Knowing what he was, they reelected that little **** in '21. They're getting what they deserve.
