If you only know the Colorado Rocky Mountains then yes. I now call the Colorado Rockies cute.

If you've never been to Glacier National Park there's nothing that can beat that insane beauty. It extends into Canada probably looking similarly to what I experienced and what you posted.

An allowance of X acre feet per year to be pumped from the Mississippi River downstream of where it's East bank exits the State of Mississippi (that way we only have to deal with one state, not Miss and Ark as well).

Build California style massive water pipelines and pumps to fill up lakes in East Texas, then build pipelines and pumps to fill up Central and North Texas lakes. Plenty of maintenance, and de-silting, and other civil engineering work will obviously be required. State can charge localities and farmers for the water. Once built, it will more or less pay for itself.

Texas' long term water problem solved.

I've never had Dickey's, but I believe Bill Miller's has earned a class by itself.

I long time ago, I suggested that Miller's have their own "special" - fat & grease sandwich.

Media's been getting it wrong for 20 years now and it's always amazed me how we just accepted it the way everyone has it now, 1984-style "it's always been this way". Granted, over something trivial, but it goes to illustrate how that sort of thing can actually happen.
 
We should somehow talk Mexico into selling us Cabo and up to about 75 miles to the North.

East Texas has plenty of water already, probably just needs a top off every once in a while from Louisiana.

This can actually be taken further to solve three problems in one initiative:

(1) NOLA difficult to rebuild because it's below sea level
(2) Illegal immigrants crossing the Rio Grande
(3) Excess alligators in the Everglades

Solution:

(1) Dredge the Rio Grande
(2) Take soil from dredging and use it to raise NOLA
(3) Relocate excess Everglades alligators to the Rio Grande

Volia! All three problems solved. :)
