Gideon's body of work under Sark was really penalized those first couple years because of personnel and buy-in. His 2024 campaign really solidified that he's got some coaching chops.

It'll be an interesting transition for sure in 2025. Taaffe will probably be the "coach on the field" guy and Williams might need rehab time. McDonald stepped up for a few plays, but I'd also like to see what Filsaime can do.

Don't know him, but while his resume has some nice stats, can he recruit to and develop kids that actually have to go to class?
