It kinda sounds like he's trying to get more comfortable with a job he understands (DC) - if so, can he also handle being the Head Coach? Sooner fans don't think he's done very well at that so far - and they are not a patient fanbase.

He's setting up for November. Now when he falls flat on his face, he can blame the OC, fire him and buy two more years, during which he'll be negotiating with Bobby Jack for one of those condos on South Padre.

IMO, Gaines is the best course (great greens and fairways) in West Texas and the South Plains and probably the Panhandle other that some really nice private courses. Heading back to Scotsdale in late March.....100's of fantastic courses in Scotsdale
