I texted and told him to do it so Hornfans will melt down. How does everyone feel about Sark calling plays?
If I’m not mistaken, last time he lost his play caller (Kiffen) to another team right before the championship, he released him before the game and they got beat. Saban probably doesn’t want to take that risk again. To be fair I don't understand how this works, but it seems very collegial for Saban to allow are next coach to play in the championship. Seems more than practical....
Then it must be true lol.Chip saying Flood is officially in.
Ask me after we make the CFP for 2021. But I think I’ll be OK with it.How does everyone feel about Sark calling plays?
IMUO. they have to be intrigued, regardless of any comment they may make. I’m convinced that their Bama choice was more related to nixing Herman than dissing Texas. As a side note, I wonder whet the Brock boys are thinking now with Sark coming to Texas. Probably nothing is my guess.
Yep, if they aren't at least thinking about it, then I would question their intelligence.IMUO. they have to be intrigued, regardless of any comment they may make. I’m convinced that their Bama choice was more related to nixing Herman than dissing Texas.
Oh man, if it has a urine color chart inside...Oh, crap! We may be in trouble.

Agreed! Look, fair criticism of any coach at TX, Strong, Herman and now Sark for on-field actions or judgments of their behavior at pressers is fair game - on the job hazards that come with their multi-million dollar yearly salaries. However, to keep throwing insults towards a man who has demonstrated he has conquered his acknowledged addiction issues just like several upstanding subscribers on this board is just pathetic. The fact he's a freeloader adds insult to injury. I would not be surprised if Dio posts a sticky rule about SS and alcoholism references sometime soon once he's back and in full health.Sponsor or take your BS over to surly where you belong.
The national media seems to approve
I was just about to ask your bosses name and offer to call him and inquire about you. For a reasonable fee of course.I'm trying to see how I can get my name out there and leverage my boss for a pay raise. Think I could get my name planted out there long enough to get Golden or Bohls to report something and make it happen. Only problem is....the boss is me, so....those debits and credits....
:/
We can dream....and I hope he tries....Somehow he needs to flip Ewers and the Brockemyer boys.
I had the same thought. Anyone think there is a chance? Especially if their O-line coach comes to UT.As a side note, I wonder whet the Brock boys are thinking now with Sark coming to Texas. Probably nothing is my guess.

CDC should have moved faster.
Ewers being a year away, I agree that visits are warranted. I will lose tons of respect for Sark if he tries to get the Brocks.
We had a golden opportunity, which was almost impossible to screw up, yet Herman found a way. After all that Saban has done for Sark, and the fact that it is my understanding that the boys have already signed, you don't burn that bridge. There will be other OL come along. Don't destroy a solid relationship over two OL. Go coach up what you have, get to the playoffs and beat them there. Smile, shake hands, and they will know what could have been.
Exactly where were you with you $3 million check?
Agree, with this caveat. If Sark lays low (which I expect) and the Brocks approach him, it might get interesting. In my delusional (or not) scenario, they contact him, he calls Saban and explains that out of respect for him, Sark will not engage. However, if the Brocks subsequently approach Saban and request an LOI release, what can Sark do? Say no?Ewers being a year away, I agree that visits are warranted. Pretty sure its illegal to contact a player that has signed or enrolled at a school.
Said it on this thread or another, but he started because Muschamp was a walk on safety at Georgia and Gideon was lightly regarded. I'd maintain that in his 52 starts and 10 interceptions, there is little to point at where he made a play to win a BIG game.Since they’re done knocking Chris Simms for now, they’re back to slamming Blake Gideon for one darn play out of a good four year career.
Spin it as you wish, but there are two plays — egregious blunders — that are forever etched in my noggin.
1984 Cotton Bowl - If Curry doesn’t attempt to field the punt over his shoulder — that he shouldn’t have touched, we likely win the NC.
Tech Game - I love Gideon. Excellent and dedicated player. But his drop of the room service INT cost us at least a BCS Championship game. You can slice and dice other plays in that game, including the terrible clock management near the end, but the int was the play.
