In general, that's idiotic in nature. But big programs win way more than small programs.

It's not prescriptive though.

We see this in MLB as well. Big salaries win way more games than small salaries. But the biggest salary doesn't automatically win every world series.

The more I study this, the more impressed I get with the Washington offense. This game is going to be an enormous challenge for our D. The huskies will go after our secondary early and often.
