I think he's ours and has been for a while. Kai Locksley said he had been recruiting him to join him on the Horns ever since the under armour game..

I have been counting Burt as a commit to us in my mind, ever since the day after the decommitment when he publicly tweeted that Texas was leading. Do we remember ever seeing something like that after a decommitment? It was pretty clear that the parental disagreements were behind the decommitment. In such cases, kids usually end up at the place that leads for them. Then, when he did not cancel his Jan 30th OV, it was very clear that he was still effectively a commit.

But it would be good to see it as official though.
